most of you most think ,Thisone? is more ridicolous even that the bald.but lets Think about it, Ok?
he killed his own brother, he blame his nephew and he used the Hyenas, that he had no interest in the least.
this character Dies at the end of the first movie but in the seconth apears the bad cat´s son a lion trained all his chilhood to kill Simaba, kalled Kovu but he falls in love of Simba´s Daugther.
3# Don Vito "The Godfather" Corleone (The Godfather)
he never hurt a familiar but he murder thousens of inosent people.well, he never did but he order people who worked for he do the dirty job.

he seriusly hurt inocents and well...thats basicly all the detail.
4# Smith (The Matrix saga)
the bad guy of "Matrix" all the movie Saga he is a agent trained to kill anderson but... he love´s his job!!!.an thisone is one of the few Villians who get their propose, but sadly to him Anderson gets his goal too.
this is a real bad guy.
5# Al Swearengen (Deadwood)
this is a real Son of Bitch from England this is the bad guy of deadwood, he is cruel, bad and very very Disgusting.
he send murder a family from denmark bleming the Soux Indians, when the little girl survived he send murder her too but luky for her, she was having care of 2 profecional shooters-heroes, Seth Bullock and "Wild" Bill Hitchckok and she doesn´t spoke in Inglish, so Al drop the quest just for that.

Irina Derevko, Also known as Laura Bristol was recluited by Alexander Khashinau, to work for the KGB, she get's orders, she follow that orders, and just that. but she is Cruel and Ruthless in her tactics she is also called "Female version of Hanibal Lecter.
7# Clubber Lang (Rocky)this is a box figther. he is ruthless too, He K.O all his oponents without any mercy.
hits hard and after just gets his final trophy, Victory sweet for him very painfull for the rest of them. Hurts? of coarse but not to him.
8# Sylar (Heroes)
Cold blod killer, he killed a lot of "Freaks with superpowers" opening their heads, after he get out the brain to get their powers, painfull but thisone is the number 8 cause to the end of the Show he gone good, the bad guy becomes the good guy and that, well get the point.

9# Cole "Baltazar" Turner (Charmed)he is a demon trained to kill and destroy, when he is asigned to kill the Halliwell´s he take the form of Cole Turner District Attorney soon he get powerfull and search the Halliwell sisters, when he is already to kill Pheobe he fall in love of her, but he actualy doesn´t get all good, he killed the Triad and an other Witch.

10# Charles Burns (The Simpsons)
lets say he is a politican kind of villian, he never kill somebody but he is a real dictador, this counts like TV Villian and Movie Villian at the same time cause The Simpson´s Were sucesfull enougth to bring it to the big screen..even if this character apears two seconds in the movie and in the Show just a little bit more he diserves be in this list.
